Once you place your order, a purchase agreement is made between you and STAWED Shopping which is part of </ span> STAWED Group. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. We reserve the right for any final sale.

STAWED Shopping does not enter into agreements with persons who are not of legal age (under 18). </ Span>
STAWED Shopping reserves the right to refuse an order.

SERVICE FEE
For each order at STAWED Shopping , a shipping fee is charged regardless of the number of goods ordered. The handling fee covers handling and packaging costs. Current dispatch fee is listed at STAWED Shopping at checkout under the heading “Expedition charge”.

 

PRICES
Our prices are always quoted including VAT. We reserve the right for any printing and typing errors as well as obviously incorrect prices. Suspected cases of false orders and fraud attempts are reported to the police.  

 

PAYMENTS 

1. Online Payment
STAWED Shopping offers secure card payments with Visa and MasterCard in collaboration with Svea Webpay which is part of the Svea Ekonomi Group. Svea Webpay is < span data-contrast = “auto”> certified according to the standard PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). STAWED Shopping accepts all Visa and Mastercard connected cards issued in the Nordic countries. Card purchases are made directly at Svea Webpay and all information is encrypted according to current standards and rules. No card information handled or saved at STAWED Shopping . The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction.

2. Direct payment via internet bank
We offer direct payment via internet bank for customers in Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB. Upon payment, you are automatically linked to your internet bank where you log in and approve the transaction. The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction.
 

3. Invoice

3.1. Generally 

When paying by invoice, STAWED Shopping collaborates with Svea Ekonomi AB. 

To purchase an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. The prerequisite for purchasing an invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the Swedish Register of Public Accounts and are over the age of 18.

You may not have any payment notes. 

All invoices have been transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB by STAWED Shopping .

The usual credit check takes place after the personal data has been submitted to the cashier, in some cases this means that a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to you.  

 

3.2. Payment time, reminder fee and interest rate 

The payment time is always at least 14 days from the invoice date.

In the event of delayed payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee, currently SEK 60, will be paid. 

Delinquent interest starts from the due date at 2% per month.

 

3.3. Consumer billing routine 

If the invoice is not paid on time, a reminder is sent to you.

If payment has not been received by Svea Ekonomi AB no later than day 7 from the time the reminder was sent to you, the invoice will be converted into account credit. This gives you the opportunity to pay off your purchase at your own pace. The minimum amount to pay is 3% of the outstanding debt at any given time, however a minimum of SEK 50 plus interest and fees. Of course, you can pay a higher amount or the entire debt at any time. If the invoice is transferred to account credit, the terms for “Payment through account credit” apply. This includes, among other things, Svea Ekonomi AB’s right to terminate the account credit in advance:

In the case of an account credit, a monthly fee of SEK 45 is added. The credit interest rate is calculated on the current debt at the time of notification. The nominal annual interest rate is currently 19.75%. 

If payment is not made on time, you will be charged a delay fee of SEK 145. You will also be charged a one-month interest rate of 2% per month on the outstanding debt from the due date until full payment is made. 

Examples of effective interest on purchases of SEK 5,000, maturity 12 months, 19.75% interest, planning fee SEK 0 and management fee SEK 45: 45.51%. 

 

3.4. Billing routine trader
If the invoice is not paid on time, a reminder is sent to you. In case of non-payment, the invoice is submitted to debt collection.
 

4. Payment
We can also offer you the opportunity to split your payment in collaboration with Svea Webpay . Part payment is a flexible option for those who want control over your purchases and at the same time be sure to be able to buy what you need. There are several payment options to choose from and you can choose to pay off the remaining debt in a single payment at any time during the installment period. The application for part payment is made at the checkout when you enter the social security number and the part payment plan that suits you. A credit report and identity check will then be made and you will be notified immediately if the application has been approved. Information that information has been made will be sent to you by mail or sms. If the application is not approved, you can choose another payment option. The setup fee is paid on the payment vines. The fee is then paid on a monthly basis.

If you have chosen to pay for part payment, you may be contacted by phone to verify your identity. It is a security check to reduce fraud.

5.2 What is Leasing? 

Leasing is a form of long-term lease where You as an entrepreneur allocate the cost  

over time.

When the contract period ends, you buy as an entrepreneur unload the equipment to the agreed residual value. 

5.3 Benefits of Leasing 

Leasing gives D a freedom of choice to use equity more efficiently. Why should you as a customer tie up their free equity, in equipment, if there are opportunities to return the capital better in their own business? 

  • Secure financing – with the equipment as collateral
  • Fund up to I00% with full rights of use
  • The cost is easy to budget and can easily be adjusted to revenue
  • You keep your liquidity and do not invest capital in the equipment
  • Release working capital that can be used for other purposes in the business
  • The entire lease fee is deductible
  • Faster cost accounting of the investment
  • Does not need to advance VAT

 

REFUND 

In cases where refunds are current, this is done primarily by re-depositing the debit card used when ordering, or to a bank account specified by you. The repayment is made within a few days from the end of the case that causes the repayment. 

 

Invoice
When you buy against an invoice, you receive a credit invoice from Svea Ekonomi AB with the credited amount. 

 

Here’s how it works when you return an item ordered for invoice:
When the return is back the seller’s layer and checked to create s and credit. A check can take between 1- 21 days from receipt. After the credit has been completed with us, we will inform Svea ekonomi AB. The credit invoice shows the items we have credited to you as well as any return shipping. Read more about any costs that may be incurred on return under the chapter “Right of withdrawal”. You deduct the credited amount from the original invoice and pay the remaining amount. The details used for payment are those found on the original invoice from Svea Ekonomi AB. If the due date is approaching and you have not received a credit email, it is important that you contact us so that no reminder fees or debt collection claims are imposed.

 

If you paid the invoice
Svea Ekonomi AB handles the repayment of credit invoices. Svea Ekonomi AB contacts you via e-mail and asks you to submit bank details in order to be able to make a refund. Payout takes about 5 business days. Note that some banks may have longer processing times. 

 

Card payment or direct payment
For purchases with a card, credit card or direct payment, the money is returned to the same card or account used when ordering. 

 

Here’s how it works when you return an item ordered for card payment:
When the return is back to the seller’s store and checked, we create a credit. A check can take between 1- 21 days from receipt. After the credit is completed with us, it will take between 1-3 banking days before receiving the refund. Read more about any costs that may be incurred on return under the chapter “Right of withdrawal”. When paying by credit card, the refund is shown around the date of the transaction . Note that some banks may have longer processing times. If you have not received the money again, please contact your card issuer / bank in the first place. If you have changed your bank since the purchase was made with us, repayment will be made to the new card. All you have to do is contact your bank and ask them to make the repayment to the correct card.

 

Advance payment or payment via iZettle
In case of purchase against prepayment or payment via iZettle , we will request your account details in writing. The account details must be submitted to us in writing as we do not receive this information over the telephone for security reasons. We do not save any account details from when purchases were made.

Payment
If you have chosen to pay your order with a part payment campaign, you will receive a changed total amount on your part payment bill at the next mailing from Svea Ekonomi AB. The amount is adjusted according to the amount we have credited to your order. It is important that all newspapers are paid before the due date.
